Francisco Palacios

At 38 years old, I proudly hail from the vibrant city of Anaheim, driven by a profound desire to make positive changes in the world. Currently, I hold the roles of Vice President and Outreach Director at Phoenix Arise, an organization that I co-founded alongside President Janet Carraman.

My educational journey includes pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Services at California State University, Fullerton (in progress). I've also earned Associate Degrees in Sociology (Imperial Valley College, CA, 2019), Social & Behavioral Science (Coastline College, CA, 2019), Arts & Humanities (Coastline College, CA, 2019), American Studies (Coastline College, CA, 2019), and Business (Coastline College, CA, 2019). These academic pursuits fuel my commitment to effecting positive change and contributing to the betterment of our community.
